ACA Client Manager

Job Summary

Driving five-star service experiences, the full-time ACA Client Manager will provide education on ACA core topics, support implementation processes, and conduct monthly report review webinars, all while working remotely or from one of the company's major office locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in post-implementation calls and ensure proper documentation for ongoing servicing
• Provide education on ACA topics and conduct monthly report review webinars with clients
• Deliver on-demand support to core client IT, HR, and Payroll teams throughout the relationship

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to troubleshoot technical errors and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
