Academic Advisor

Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the full-time Academic Advisor will manage client relationships by consulting with families on tutoring programs, maximizing bookings through lead follow-ups, and ensuring excellent customer service, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with families on the college readiness process and deliver tailored program recommendations
• Follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales quotas through high-volume outreach efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle to enhance retention and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or consultative roles, preferably in education or related fields
• Strong understanding of the college readiness process and educational programs
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and outreach effectively
• Experience in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
