Job Summary

Providing personalized support to students, the full-time remote Academic and Finance Counselor will guide learners through academic and financial planning, interpreting policies and connecting them to resources for success.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted guide for students, explaining University policies and Financial Aid guidelines
• Manage a caseload of students, offering tailored support to help them achieve their academic goals
• Communicate with students across various channels, providing timely and professional assistance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in advising, student services, or related fields required
• Experience in a fast-paced, student-focused environment preferred
• Familiarity with Financial Aid or Title IX regulations preferred
• Background in academic advising within a college or university setting preferred
