Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education with a focus on cross-divisional initiatives
- Doctoral degree or equivalent terminal degree; equivalent experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree
- Extensive knowledge of online education and learner experience development
- Experience in policy development and standard operating procedures
- Strong systems intelligence and change leadership capabilities
