Job Summary
To support the Science, Innovation & Technology Stream, the project-based Academic Consultant - Science, Technology will provide expert academic input, assess student essays, and ensure quality assurance of content while working fully remotely with flexible hours outside and during program dates.
Key responsibilities
- Provide subject-matter consultation and expert advice on academic content for the Science, Innovation & Technology Stream
- Review academic materials for quality assurance, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Assess student essays and deliver detailed, individualized feedback within specified deadlines
Required qualifications
- A relevant degree at Master's level or above in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Deep subject knowledge in at least one area covered by the stream
- Experience teaching, lecturing, or assessing students at university or sixth-form level (desirable)
- Experience in marking written work and providing constructive feedback (desirable)
- Active research, publications, or industry experience related to the stream (desirable)
