Job Summary

Providing comprehensive academic support, the full-time Academic Counselor II will manage student advising, course scheduling, and interventions for at-risk students in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized proactive advising to assigned students throughout their academic journey
• Facilitate course scheduling and monitor student progress to ensure timely graduation
• Collaborate with faculty and support services to develop success plans for students facing academic challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in academic advising or counseling
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Student Information Systems
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in a virtual setting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
