Seeking qualified instructors, the part-time Academic Specialist for All Subjects will provide remote instruction in high school and college-level courses across various disciplines, focusing on student engagement and academic success.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction in multiple subjects, including Advanced Placement and college-level courses
- Support international students by providing academic counseling and personalized teaching
- Utilize online tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience and track student progress
Required qualifications
- Hold a BA or graduate degree from a top 30 Canadian or US university; PhD holders are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrate a passion for education and a commitment to working with diverse international students
- Possess classroom teaching experience at the high school or university level, or prior tutoring experience
- Familiarity with AP level high school curricula is preferred
- Experience with online learning platforms is advantageous
