Academic Success Coach
Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for students from matriculation to graduation, the full-time YourPace Academic Success Coach will provide student-centered support, proactive outreach, and academic coaching to enhance student persistence and success in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate degree planning and academic coaching to promote student retention and success
- Guide students in navigating university policies and connecting them to appropriate resources
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure personalized and timely support for students
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in advising, counseling, admissions, tutoring, education, or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and motivate students
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication technologies
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and FERPA compliance
