Providing analytical and operational support for patient access initiatives, the full-time Access Analyst II will deliver insights, reporting, and performance analysis related to scheduling and capacity management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide analytics and reporting on patient access, scheduling performance, and operational KPIs to operational leaders
- Analyze referral patterns and scheduling demand to support strategic planning and capacity management initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports related to access performance and provider productivity
Required qualifications

- Experience in data analysis and reporting within a healthcare setting
