Job Summary
To support scheduling operations, the full-time remote Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access standards
- Utilize statistical models to interpret and build clinician schedules while identifying and addressing access issues
- Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years in technical support
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with analytical skills and data analysis
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively at all organizational levels
- Proven problem-solving skills in a scheduling context
