Job Summary
To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, collaborate with department leaders to optimize appointment availability, and ensure compliance with scheduling policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access standards
- Utilize statistical models to build clinician schedules and identify access issues in collaboration with the Access management team
- Manage provider payroll and ensure the integrity of scheduling data and workflows
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three (3) years in direct technical support
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in coordinating systems or projects for at least two (2) years
