Job Summary
To support scheduling operations, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access criteria
- Monitor compliance with scheduling policies and resolve access issues through problem-solving and data analysis
- Manage provider payroll and maintain accurate records related to clinician hours and schedules
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years of direct technical support experience
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills with applied experience in data analysis
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively across various organizational levels
- Proven problem-solving skills in a scheduling or technical support context
