Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Create, coordinate, and maintain schedules for department services and clinicians
• Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules that meet access needs
• Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years of direct technical support experience
• Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience coordinating systems or projects for at least two years
