Job Summary
To support scheduling operations, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and manage data practices
- Provide high-level technical support and manage provider payroll accurately and timely
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three years of technical support experience
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills with applied data analysis experience
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively across all organizational levels
- Experience coordinating systems or projects is preferred
