Job Summary
To support the scheduling needs of clinicians, the full-time remote Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain accurate clinician calendars, collaborate with department leaders to optimize appointment availability, and ensure compliance with scheduling policies while providing high-level technical support.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access standards
- Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and address access issues with the Access management team
- Manage provider payroll and maintain accurate records for decision-making and compliance
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three (3) years providing direct technical support
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in coordinating systems or projects for at least two (2) years
