Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time remote Access and Systems Consultant will create, maintain, and optimize clinician schedules while ensuring compliance with scheduling policies and collaborating with department leaders to meet appointment demand.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access criteria
• Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and address access issues
• Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using software applications or providing direct technical support
• Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• Experience coordinating systems or projects for at least two (2) years
