Job Summary
To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time remote Access and Systems Consultant will manage clinician and department calendars, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide high-level technical support while collaborating with department leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Track and report on clinician schedule changes and ensure compliance with appointment utilization standards
- Provide technical support and manage system configurations related to scheduling applications
Required qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application, or three years of direct technical support experience
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively with internal customers
- Experience coordinating systems or projects is preferred
