Job Summary
Responsible for creating and maintaining clinician and department schedules, the full-time remote Access and Systems Consultant will collaborate with department leaders to ensure adequate appointment availability while adhering to scheduling policies and providing high-quality service to patients and clinicians.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access criteria
- Utilize statistical models to build and maintain clinician schedules, addressing access issues as they arise
- Manage provider payroll and ensure compliance with scheduling policies and procedures
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience building or maintaining schedules using a software application, or three (3) years of direct technical support experience
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or two (2) years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in coordinating systems or projects
- Applied analytical skills, including data analysis
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
