Job Summary
To support scheduling accuracy and efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, collaborate with department leaders to optimize appointment availability, and ensure compliance with scheduling policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians, ensuring adequate appointment availability
- Utilize statistical models to build clinician schedules that meet access needs and track schedule changes impacting appointment supply
- Provide high-level technical support to end users and manage system configuration and validation for scheduling applications
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience building or maintaining schedules using a software application or three years of direct technical support experience
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or two years of equivalent work experience
- Experience in coordinating systems or projects
- Applied analytical skills, including data analysis
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
