Job Summary
To support scheduling operations, the full-time remote Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Interpret statistical models to build and maintain accurate clinician schedules
- Manage provider payroll and ensure data integrity across scheduling and payroll systems
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years of technical support experience
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to communicate complex information to internal customers at all levels
- Experience in coordinating systems or projects is preferred
