Job Summary
To support efficient scheduling operations, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access standards
- Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and identify access gaps
- Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes
Required qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years in technical support
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Proven analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
- Experience coordinating systems or projects is preferred
