Job Summary
To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Manage data practices and ensure integrity of healthcare scheduling workflows
- Provide high-level technical support and collaborate with teams to resolve access issues
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three years in direct technical support
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience coordinating systems or projects for at least two years
