Job Summary
To support scheduling needs, the full-time remote Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide high-level technical support to end users.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Manage data practices and ensure integrity of healthcare scheduling workflows, including system configuration and support
- Respond to inquiries and negotiate schedule changes while maintaining compliance with appointment utilization standards
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three years providing direct technical support
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Applied analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively with internal customers at all organizational levels
