Job Summary
To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Manage data practices and ensure integrity of healthcare scheduling workflows
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshoot scheduling issues for end users
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three years providing technical support
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to analyze data and utilize analytical skills in scheduling contexts
- Experience in coordinating systems or projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively
