Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide high-level technical support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
• Interpret statistical models to build schedules and identify access gaps with the Access management team
• Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and time records

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three years of direct technical support experience
• Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in coordinating systems or projects for at least two years
