Job Summary
To support efficient scheduling processes, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support to end users in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Utilize statistical models to build clinician schedules and identify access gaps with the Access management team
- Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using software applications or providing direct technical support
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field; or two (2) years of equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree
- Experience in coordinating systems or projects for at least two (2) years
