Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet established access criteria
• Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and identify gaps in access management
• Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years of direct technical support experience
• Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience coordinating systems or projects
• Applied analytical skills, including data analysis
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
