Job Summary
Managing clinician and department schedules, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain accurate appointment templates, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet member access criteria
- Utilize analytical reports to identify access gaps and manage scheduling rules within the system
- Track and report on clinician schedule changes, ensuring compliance with appointment utilization standards
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using software applications or providing technical support
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Proven analytical skills and experience with data analysis
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
- Experience coordinating systems or projects for at least two (2) years
