Job Summary
To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and address access issues
- Manage provider payroll and ensure data integrity within scheduling systems
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years of direct technical support experience
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
- Experience coordinating systems or projects is preferred
