Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems while collaborating with department leaders to meet appointment demands.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and address access issues
- Manage provider payroll and maintain compliance with scheduling policies and procedures
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years of direct technical support experience
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in coordinating systems or projects
- Ability to analyze data and convey complex information effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in a healthcare or technical environment
