Job Summary
To support scheduling needs, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access standards
- Utilize analytical reports to identify scheduling gaps and ensure compliance with staffing policies
- Manage provider payroll and maintain accurate records for scheduling and time reporting
Required qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience building or maintaining schedules using a software application or three years in direct technical support
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to analyze data and convey complex information effectively
- Experience in coordinating systems or projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with internal customers at all levels
