Job Summary
To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time remote Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide high-level technical support to end users.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Interpret statistical models to build effective clinician schedules and address access issues
- Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years in technical support
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or two years of equivalent work experience
- Proven analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively across various organizational levels
- Experience coordinating systems or projects in a healthcare or related environment
