Key responsibilities

- Schedules patient appointments in electronic systems, prioritizing based on urgency and providing necessary information to customers

Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge of patient scheduling and call center etiquette
