Job Summary
Leading the development of Staff MIUI screens, the remote contract Accessibility Front-End Tech Lead will manage the front-end codebase using Angular, SASS, and HTML, while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and implementing design systems.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality front-end code for Staff MIUI screens
- Own the accessibility strategy and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 requirements
- Lead code reviews and mentor front-end developers while improving CI/CD processes and pipelines
Required qualifications
- Formal accessibility certification (CPACC, WAS, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Front-End Tech Lead or senior-level front-end engineer
- Expert knowledge of Angular, SASS, and HTML
- Hands-on accessibility testing experience using automated tools and screen readers
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and front-end deployment workflows
