Account AI Adoption Lead
Job Summary
Driving hands-on adoption and change management for AI tools, the full-time remote Account AI Adoption Lead will oversee the adoption lifecycle within assigned accounts, facilitating training and support to ensure successful implementation and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for adoption and change management, leading training sessions and workshops for account teams
- Collect and synthesize feedback from users to drive continuous improvement and track adoption metrics
- Build relationships with account leaders and stakeholders, communicating updates and reinforcing adoption goals
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles
- Demonstrated experience in operationalizing technology from pilot to production use
- Strong skills in designing and delivering training and enablement programs for technical tools
- Proven ability to collect and act on user feedback to drive improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
