Account AI Adoption Lead
Job Summary
Driving hands-on adoption and change management for AI tools, the full-time remote Account AI Adoption Lead will manage the full adoption lifecycle within assigned control accounts, including training, feedback collection, and support for scaled rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for adoption and change management during AI agent/tool release cycles
- Lead training sessions and develop tailored change-management materials for account teams
- Collect and synthesize feedback to drive continuous improvement and track adoption metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles
- Demonstrated experience in operationalizing technology from pilot to scaled production use
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for technical tools or process changes
- Proven ability to collect, synthesize, and act on user feedback for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field
