Account and Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing customer relationships and project delivery, the fully remote Account & Project Manager will coordinate between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful execution of managed services and customer initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product and delivery relationship for assigned accounts, establishing strategies that align services to customer priorities
• Manage project plans and timelines for customer initiatives, coordinating work across various internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Create and deliver professional status reports and presentations, maintaining clear communication with customers regarding progress and expectations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a similar customer-facing role
• Demonstrated experience managing complex B2B technology or managed services accounts
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business communication for diverse stakeholders
