Job Summary
To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time remote Account Associate will manage the squad inbox, prepare deals for Account Executives and Account Managers, and ensure all client interactions are organized and timely.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage the squad inbox and match emails and calls to the appropriate deals in the CRM
- Prepare deals for Account Executives and Account Managers by collecting necessary information and documents
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM with clear next actions and due dates for each deal
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service, sales support, operations, or a similar role; insurance experience is a plus
- No insurance license required
- Exceptionally organized with a focus on clearing tasks and following through
- Interest in sales and a desire to grow into a licensed role
- Comfortable using email, phone, CRM, and shared inboxes
