Job Summary
To support the growth of the customer base, the full-time remote Account Development Representative will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, conduct proactive outreach, and book qualified meetings for the Account Management team.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor account usage and contract terms to identify expansion opportunities
- Conduct outreach through various channels to generate qualified meetings
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and collaborate with Account Managers to drive growth
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development or a customer-facing B2B role, preferably in SaaS
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Ability to engage in high-volume outreach and handle rejection effectively
- Comfort discussing technical topics such as APIs and cloud solutions
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills in a remote work environment
