Job Summary
Owning the film category strategy, the part-time Account Director, Film will manage relationships with top-tier filmmakers and drive creator acquisition and retention while working remotely during a 20-week leave coverage period.
Key Responsibilities
- Set priorities for revenue, acquisition, and retention targets within the film category
- Build and maintain relationships with priority filmmakers, ensuring engagement from initial contact to project launch
- Develop partnerships with film institutions and represent the company at industry events
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in film with an established network in the independent film community
- Proven track record of managing a category or portfolio against measurable targets
- Confident public speaker with experience presenting at industry events
- Strong judgment on film projects, with the ability to assess quality and originality
- Based in Los Angeles and available to start in mid-December 2026
