Account Executive Federal Civilian

Job Summary

Driving net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts, the full-time Account Executive Federal Civilian will manage a defined territory focused on Federal Civilian agencies, particularly the Social Security Administration and Federal Financial Regulatory Agencies, while building pipelines and closing complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence to generate at least 50% of booked opportunities
• Conduct deep discovery and qualification using frameworks like MEDDPICC to target high-confidence deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals and maintain forecast accuracy within 10%

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in closing complex Enterprise deals in a consumption-based environment
• Experience selling enterprise software to Federal Civilian agencies, specifically the SSA or Federal Financial Regulatory Agencies
• Strong discovery and qualification skills, with experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling executive-level presentations and demos
• Technical fluency in topics such as observability, security, and cloud cost optimization
