Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of Learning and Development projects, the full-time remote Account Executive - L&D will manage project timelines, assist in client communications, and collaborate with senior team members to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project setup in Mavenlink, including templates, timelines, and resource allocation
• Track project timelines and budgets, updating clients on status and addressing any potential overspends
• Draft meeting summaries and coordinate regulatory reviews to ensure alignment and compliance with project goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 - 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in Project Management within a life science agency
• Keen interest in Learning and Development, healthcare, and digital transformation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personality types and client seniority levels
