Account Executive, Pharmaceutical

Job Summary

Supporting client services efforts, the remote Account Executive, Pharmaceutical will manage project implementation, maintain client communications, and ensure the success and profitability of client deliverables in a full-time salaried role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison for clients, providing status updates and fostering relationships
• Assist in estimating agency fees, preparing job budgets, and maintaining accurate records of client expenditures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or advertising
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising or related fields
• Experience with direct client contact
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
