Account Executive, TPA

Job Summary

To support client relationships and strategic initiatives, the full-time Account Executive, TPA will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, managing client satisfaction and retention while analyzing data to provide actionable recommendations for plan performance and cost containment, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success
• Lead strategic account planning, aligning service delivery with client business and operational objectives
• Analyze claims and utilization data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving healthcare affordability and efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role within healthcare or insurance
• Experience in healthcare TPA, self-funded plans, or managed care environments preferred
• Knowledge of claims analysis and healthcare cost-containment strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with reporting tools or CRM platforms
