Account Linking Team Leader

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Account Linking Team Leader will advocate for Account Linking, set technical direction, and champion data reliability while fostering collaboration across teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Be the face of Account Linking, building strong relationships with engineering leaders and product managers to drive collaboration and innovation
• Set the technical direction by guiding architectural decisions and establishing a clear evolution path for systems
• Champion reliability and data quality, improving monitoring and incident response to ensure trust in financial data

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, with expertise in Node/TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Postgres or similar technologies
• At least 1 year of experience leading an engineering team, with a track record of mentoring senior individual contributors
• Experience with external integrations and driving operational excellence on platform teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguous issues into actionable plans
• Experience in FinTech or consumer applications is a plus
