Account Management Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing a small to medium-sized team, the full-time Account Management Manager will manage client commitments, coordinate daily activities, and mentor staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee staff training and development
• Coordinate team activities, establish work schedules, and manage project resources while consulting with sales professionals
• Monitor service level performance, manage client relationships, and identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate team performance and enhance departmental effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with Maximo
• Extensive organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset
