Job Summary

Managing campaign delivery for a portfolio of clients, the remote Account Management Specialist will oversee timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Creates and maintains campaign timelines and documentation using approved templates
• Manages cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate tracking and reporting across platforms like Monday.com and Salesforce
• Oversees budget tracking and resource allocation for multiple concurrent campaigns

Required qualifications

• Strong project management experience with the ability to handle multiple workflows simultaneously
• Proficiency in Monday.com, Salesforce, and Ironclad
• Familiarity with influencer and creative campaign workflows is preferred
• Experience in budget management and cross-functional coordination
• Highly organized with a strong ability to simplify complex workflows
