Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing hotel and resort client marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Help hotel and resort clients achieve strategic goals and maximize online visibility
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers to retain accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of hotel experience in sales, operations, or marketing
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing with strong Internet research skills
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills to grow and retain strategic accounts
