Job Summary
Supporting sales operations and managing client relationships, the full-time remote Account Manager will onboard clients, prepare quotes, and ensure timely order fulfillment while collaborating with internal teams and key partners.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Support new client onboarding and growth initiatives in collaboration with Sales
- Generate timely, accurate quotes and oversee customer account management
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or customer support roles
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and switch between support and leadership functions
