Job Summary

Managing the client renewal process, the full-time remote Account Manager will ensure the accuracy of proposals, coordinate renewals, and maintain effective communication with brokers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review new and renewal submissions for completeness and resolve discrepancies with brokers
• Input employer stop-loss characteristics into the underwriting system and document case files accurately
• Oversee new account implementation while coordinating with internal departments and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an underwriting analyst or associate role
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in stop-loss insurance
• Strong mathematical background with the ability to assess complex data
• Experience with underwriting platforms preferred
